CoLab Antwerp 2016 – Afternoon Panel Discussion

All CoLab: Antwerp ‘coffeetalks’ – by speakers such as Charlotte Malaval, Emma Sage and Stephen Morrissey – were produced by our content partner Tamper Tantrum. We’ll be releasing the videos of these talks over the next months so we keep fuelling discussion and building an inventory of knowledge. Don’t hesitate to share your comments, thoughts or any additional reading links.

The final in our instalment of Dialogue from CoLab: Antwerp sees Stephen Morrissey, Marco Wellinger and Emma Sage take back to the stage to elaborate on their talk topics and take questions from the audience. Promoting variety kicks off the panel discussion as the speakers discuss the danger of the internet, trendsetting and the full circle of coffee in the past ten years. Emma & Marco respond to questions regarding coffee research on a world level – a fitting topic considering the current merge between SCAE & SCAA before input from the audience promotes debate surrounding what’s relevant to customers compared to coffee folk.

That’s it for CoLab: Antwerp but be sure to check out the six varied and engaging coffee talks that have previously been released. You can expect more releases in our series of Dialogue videos following the talks at Barista Camp and CoLab: Barcelona.
